Tuhourangi Commemoration Service of Remembrance

25th Apr 2016

The Order of the Commemoration will commence at Te Kura O Te Whakarewarewa.

On completion, the parade reforms at the Memorial Archway, Te Hokowhitu Atu, Whakarewarewa.

The official ceremony will conclude at 0940 hours (9:40am) so members can attend other Commemorations.

This Waiata was sung by the 28th Maori Battalion on the many

Battlefields of World War II. It is always sung in it’s entirety.
